Kathryn Efinger serves as the Child Care Administrator for TFI Community Child Care, Inc. She has held several management level positions within the TFI family of companies for over 15 years. Regardless of the program Ms. Efinger has lead or developed, her focus is always on ensuring the family and child are receiving the best quality of service in the most efficient and effective means.

Ms. Efinger has both a Bachelor and Masters degree from the University of Kansas, School of Social Welfare. While working in Child Welfare most of her career, the transition to early childhood development has truly been a rewarding experience. Working with children and partnering with parents to help inspire children to learn and the goodness of the world is very refreshing.

Ms. Efinger was instrumental in starting and developing early childhood programs for TFI in 2007. TFI Community Child Care, Inc. currently operates three licensed child care centers: Sunshine Acres Montessori School, Lawrence KS; Tots and Tales Montessori School, Kansas City, KS; and USD 475 Child Development Center, Junction City KS.

Ms. Efinger and Mr. Eric Hatten are the proud parents of a young boy, Dameion, who is in elementary school. The family resides in Kansas City and enjoys all sporting activities, school and church events.
